I’m usually more of a strat guy, but then the roomate let me play an “American Standard” Telecaster. Huge difference. What was I doin’ slummin it with a typical Standard. This used fender guitars will make a perfect addition to your guitar inventory. And though it may not have the throaty bottom end of a Strat–if you need some serious brightness to your sound look no further than this used Telecaster american standard.

Oh dear God. I remember the first time I saw Live at Pompeii and David Gilmour was wailing off one of these. The tone…the fucking tone was so awesome. I won’t try to tell used fender guitars don’t get any better than the Fender American Standard Stratocaster. But they don’t….okay? So trust me. Save up your money, sell your Chevy Nova, steal some weed–whatever. Just get this guitar and revel in history.
